The Mystic Red Rose.. - Poem by VINOTH KUMAR

The time of dusk had quietly begun
Fading colours were in fast run
Far off into the deep mid -west....
A time perfect for a lonely man
To release the loving thoughts lying deep in his chest......!

And now here I am to narrate it all.........

My gal was preparing for her depart
And my heart almost broke apart
It was all when I wanted to say
After the long time of fun and play
The love I bore, deep in my heart..!

Filled with grief -
I swaggered alone in my garden
And found myself more saddened;
A gentle breeze swiftly blew
Reminding me how the time flew;

I laid down on the lawn
Unknowingly from dusk to dawn
I was suddenly woke by a dropp of dew
Which fell from a red-rose looking new!

The rose said: ' Don`t worry paul..'
I do know about your fall
Men like you are very few
True to love
Without any expectations of return...
As for now-
Forget the blues of life
And go make her your wife.
Get up! Make yourself bold
TO express your love, untold.....
Make today your life`s best day
For I give myself for your pray
So now go and present me to her
By saying I LOVE YOU dear! ! ! '
Amazingly -
This mystic rose brightened my heart
That day, I finally got what I sought! !
