The New Moon Comments

Rating: 4.4

What have you got in your knapsack fair,
White moon, bright moon, pearling the air,
Spinning your bobbins and fabrics free,
Fleet moon, sweet moon, in to the sea?

Marvelous description of all the embodiment of moon in the view of people at different times and in different moods under different conditions. Indeed a classic poem of the day.

Enchanting poem. Loved reading all those moon titles. But why the poem is names New Moon? Am I missing something?

Loved these beautiful lines... Into the murk of the world awhile, Slim moon, dim moon, adding a smile. Tender your eyes as a maiden’s kiss, Fine moon, wine moon, no one knows this, Thanks for the sharing...

Lovely, enchanting poem but dunno that THE moon was a HE? I always thought that the moon is a SHE. But however a loveliest poetry for starting romance. Tender your eyes as a maiden’s kiss, Fine moon, wine moon, no one knows this, Under the spell of your witchery, Dream moon, cream moon, first he kissed me. Ah, mesmerizing. CONGRATULATIONS and R.I.P. dear respected Zora.

Moon is affectionate to many. Poets too love moon. This has great imagery. Moon is high moon and shy moon. Moon gives pearls of emotion and love. Tender eyes reflect worthy and great vision. This poem is very nicely and excellently penned. This is very motivational in nature. Dear moon is cream moon that shines very high in the sky and in mind in dream. A perfect heart touching poem is selected as the Poem of the Day.
