The Old Man In Poetry - Poem by Bibek Adhikari

Walks there an old man with an empty head
Who was once upon, a common thread!
For his family who left him alone and out
Still he remembers the poor old trout(=annoying old women) ?

His eyes are stars twinkling aflame
There is no one to call him by his name!
Despite his pelf and the land,
Who is there to give him a hand?

He lives with a cat and two dogs
No one is his friends, expect bugs!
Life has become a silent movie
What is the use of shinning ruby?
(For it does not return his old days of happiness!)

Despite that hell and the hassle
He thinks a man's home is his castle!

fine thoughts on the life of an old man.
you have the ability to put yourself in his situation in imagination and write down his thoughts. very good.. thank you for sharing
