The Power Of 'I' - Poem by Adryan Barnathan

the word 'I'
our 'total being'
with one
majestic stroke.
this lone letter 'I'
even when sitting
inside the alphabet
still stands like us,
'I' numerically
is like the number '1'
equaling the total
count of 'I'

good point well made., though not as isolating as first appears, until the sense of self through 'I' is discovered there is no drive to communicate that self, leading eventually to a concept of 'we': -) (Report) Reply
