The Seasons Poem by Robert Laity

The Seasons

Rating: 5.0

As we stay to feel the summer breeze

as we sit between the two tall tree's

The sky above turns a shade of grey

after all it's only what... winter gave

and as the Willow weeps as she lies beneath

falling from high above come the Autumn leaves

They deceive

and we believe.

This poem is beautiful. I always like poems about nature, but not everyone can make it work. This ones does. Great imagery, especially the part about the weeping willow.
