The Wonder Of The Stars Comments

Rating: 5.0
I’m the youngest in my family
And when I was a girl
My father, mother, and sister
Loomed as greater creatures in my eye.

It's funny how things that we here as kids can have a lastin effect on us. I still avoid cracks in the sidewalk! ! I thought it was just me being silly...until I caught my little guy (5 yrs) hopping one day as we walked...and muttering to himself...'don't step on a crack...or you'll break your mother's back...' So...I guess I'm greatful that not everything we here as kids is true.: -) Very creative poem! Hugs, Dee
