Such a fool to believe I was good enough for you,
Thought what we had was special but I guess the love wasn't true.
How far we came how deep the emotion flowed,
All the love and happiness we showed.
Now its gone flushed down the drain,
I let my heart open up but now never again.
Instead of listening to the heart im goin with the brain,
Cuz im sick of getting attached than losing this game.
Why go searching if you always find hurt,
Thought you found riches but really its dirt.
The 'I love you's' are hollow maybe these days they lost the meaning,
All these years I prayed for love thats I was feinding.
My hearts in pieces and i dont wanna pick them up,
I giving up on love cuz it gave up on me thats whats up.
All that effort and it still couldnt be seen,
That my love was real i didnt wanna be mean.
Im curled up thinking this will never fix,
missing everything we had and that final kiss.
Hurts the most cuz i didnt kno it was the last,
Now all i have are my memories from the past.
Taking the letters off the wall not wearing the sweater,
Not having that scent u liked cuz now this cant get better.
Ive been cut off blocked outta her world,
and no i know ill never take a chance on another girl.
Love isnt real and im not gonna try,
There never is anything good about goodbye....
