These Thoughts - Poem by Seamus Shaneous

these thoughts are coming back
they downright plauge my mind
they haunt me like the black of night
solutions are hard to find
there is only one i love
but she doesn't feel the same
when i think of losing her
all i feel is throbbing pain
i miss her like no other
her love was always golden
pain tells me to give it up
and pain is all i'm holding
how i miss you mi amor
i want your touch here with me
i go blind thinking of you
how much longer can this be
i don't want to let you go
your the only love i know
just to see your face oncemore
i'd surely cheer up and glow
but the look is just a glance
it will fade right through my soul
i will curl into a ball
and sink back into my hole
