Thy Love - Poem by Akshat Shukla
She turned the clock back eight years,
To a time when Love trickled tears;
When breezy romance rained recklessly,
When riddling remorse rhymed with riddance.
She spelled a ticklish trance of nostalgia
That always splattered cynical sensations
On the coarse canvas of my laden life.
Yesterday, I rode a mysterious wave of mania
With her memories into an infinity of darkness.
Love, thy name is eternity! Eternity of Love!
