Time - Poem by Brandy Elger

People change ever so fast
I am alone, no one around me
I pray for help, but no one hears me
I am different, no matter how much I change
People still don't like me
I don't understand why, I've done nothing
They don't realize my time is short, too short
They want me to leave and I shall
When my time runs out
