Timeless - Poem by Smoky Hoss

Somewhere along
the road of time
an old picture
a new paradigm,
where you've been
to where you go
it's everything you do
and don't know,
Something waiting
in the future, in the past
wherever we are
only one thing truly lasts,
the love of music
the music of love
past, present, future
the fiber of what dreams are made of,
if the poetry of music
our end be
at least we'll know
we went out pure and free,
so don't let the times
get to ya
and don't let the damned demons
fool ya,
when all of history
is said and done
we'll still be standing together, smiling,
in that ageless, beautiful Sun.
