To Chant The Prunes Poem by Charles WOO

To Chant The Prunes

Drizzle falls on Mt 'Ling' where prunes are ripe in May hour.
The plum trees look more luxuriant than the green lotus.
In the hot summer, I prefer to eat prunes which taste sour.
Producing saliva to quench thirst, I praise their cheapness.
