To My Son - Poem by Tisa Buis

I wish I always knew the words
to calm your growing fears
I wish I could give protection
to help you through these years

Growing up is always toughest
just where you are right now
So many changes going on
wanting to help - not knowing how

You have such greatness inside of you
there's so much you can do
Believe in yourself, follow your heart
and know I'll always love you

Mom, Thanks for the poem, and I know that you'll always love me, you have to and you want to.

Oh ya, I love you to
