Traces
We may say we are modern,
Comprehending day by day,
Developing each day,
The traces of superstitions remains somewhere.
So very true, Mamata. But, I believe, it is the human nature. It is in the highly educated society of Kerala that a couple committed two human sacrifices to amass wealth. It is a manifestation of escapist tendency and greed for easy-money.

Part 2. the same escapist mentality of the US society or elsewhere who pursue the enigmas like superman, Spider-Man, Aliens, Harry Potter and the like. Very pertinent point and good poem. Top score
