Trouble - Poem by Alicia Meyers

Little boy in bed,
Sick with no hair,
He doesn't want to be dead,
He wishes God cared.

All alone inside,
She thinks no one likes her,
She always hides,
And the kids make her hurt.

He deals a lot at home,
He gets bruised and slapped,
He feels so alone,
When he didn't do crap.

You see those kids,
With no food or water,
Some people make bids,
So they can have some shelter.

No they're homeless,
Without a job,
They aren't perfect,
Everyone thinks they're slobs.

You saw that boy,
Who had no hair,
He died with joy,
Because God said he cared.

That girl,
Who was all alone,
She left the world,
One night at home.

And the other boy,
Died when his dad dugged a knife,
While he cried,
He left his life.
