Despite cigarette cough, tooth decay, acid indigestion, dandruff, and other features of married life that tend to dampen the fires of passion,
    We still feel something
    We can call
True love. very nice poem .. tony

I like the way love is illustrated in this poem, the persona arguments why she think there is true love between her and her partner. Nice work. (Report)Reply

Indeed true love is beyond all drawbacks of life and is there to compensate them all for life between two souls! (Report)Reply

Wonderful poem on true love. It is the honesty with which we recognize our shortcomings as well as those of our partner and then do everything to have an harmonious relationship in life without regrets. Thanks. (Report)Reply

I thought it was nastiest poem I ever read. It makes me sick thinking how my ex-husband treated me in a vow
I made before Lord Jesus! One I truely ask the heavens pardon from. Pain and abuse.
