Una Piccola Storia D'amore Poem by Kim Barney

This is an experiment. I detest the videos/soundtracks that PH adds to poems, and noticed that they had not added any to my Portuguese poems, so thought I would try posting this one in Italian.
I wrote the English poem first, and then used Google Translate to get the Italian. Italian is NOT one of the languages I speak, so I cannot vouch for the accuracy of the translation.

Here is the original English:

A Little Love Story

Her fascinating blue
eyes fell upon me.
I picked them up and
gave them back to her.

She stole my heart and
left me lying lifeless.
I wish things could go
back the way they were.
