Unlucky Love - Poem by Lacey Nightmare

I couldn't help myself
When his voice soothed my pain
I couldn't control myself
His i touched his soft hand
The world seemed to stop
My heart seemed to skip
Someone had finnally seen me
And kissed my frantic lips
He understood my antics
And held me ever so close
Though his age was a big number
He never seemed to care
Nor did I
It something most people cant see
They think since my number is little
His being high
That our love is disgusting
And should further die
But i could care less
Its just a number to me
If someone excepts all my fualts
Sticks around to see im not crazy
I'll love that person
Yes, I know what love is
Hard to believe?
Well thats your problem
Because what i had was very real
No matter what people say
And even though its gone now
Ive never regretted it, any day
