Unspoken Poem by Gracelyn Gomez

Unspoken

I wish we could have talked things through.
Late at night, I recall your smile.
Over time, memories linger,
Vagabonding through thoughts of you.
Every moment feels incomplete,
Yearning for the words unspoken.
On that January night, you left—
Understandably, silence fell between us.

Torn by the weight of unshared feelings,
Remembering our first night together,
I couldn't look away from you.
Still, I wish I could turn back time,
To change my insecurities and fears,
And maybe we could have found a way,
Not to leave with this aching silence,

Instead, carrying this pain in my heart when I think of you.
Do you ever think of what could have been?
On every corner of my heart, your memory lingers.
