Wanted Poem by Javier Falcon

Wanted

As I look out my care window,
I see you sitting on the sideway,
looking at me as I go away.

This could of all been undone,
with a few little words and actions,
showing me that I was wanted.

I wanted you to fight for me,
that there is no one to take my place,
that you rather be alone than without me.

Yet you didn't speak at the time,
now I just stroll away from you,
losing all my dreams and hopes.
