Water - Poem by Kelly Covelens

Residing vast and all around,
in the clouds - deep in the ground.
Oceans, glaciers, mist, or dew,
will future children cherish you?
As you rumble onto sand,
or gently wash a baby's hand.
Cleansing, cooling, bringing mirth,
sustaining life upon God's earth -
We take for granted that you'll be,
forever there and flowing free.
