Way Back To Who I Am - Poem by firstname.lastname@example.org 3328
Lost myself a long time ago
And blame it all because of love
They say you learn a lot when you fail
but also didnt i noticed it come to worst
After giving up on the fantasies and story book
I ended up being numb and insensitive
I kept it all hidden inside
That even myself can no longer see it
But little did I know it will hunt me back...
And one day im asking myself and looking at the mirror
Where are all the poems go...
Where's the sweetness i have before...
It's all gone and even if i tried, still it didnt work.
For all those years i thought i was just doing fine
Only to see myself standing still on the same ground
And only seeing someone hurt more because of what i kept
Something i thought i have ran away
And for all those years... now i know i have to go back...
I have to go back to the way I am
So that I can be who I really should be...
And now im on my back to who I am.
