You sang for me
in the cold rain
and gave me strength
When I was in pain
Oh will you ever believe me
If I say I'm always here for you

You said you'd never go
But now you're gone
And I'm all alone
with tears of loss
And moans of grief
Dreams torn apart
Like my heart
Oh tell me why I paid
For a crime I never committed?

Crawling in the darkness,
I sometimes wonder
Will sunshine ever come back to me?
Together we cry
Together we die.
