What Can I Do - Poem by mai yang

I only wish to love you so
But you turn me away so cold
What did I do to make you hurt
Was it me or am I just to old
You told me age doesn’t matter
But still can you explain the open door
Where you run to me or else you shatter
I ‘ll take you away right to the shore
When I go you never let you
Why you push me so far but want me more
Is it love or am I a fool
So what can I do?

(Dedicate to people who feel this way sometimes: when you think it is love but your unsure about how the other feel about you... /June 2 2011)
