you were my prince.
my knight in shinning armor.
i believed in you.

Love yourself in this present moment
Forgive yourself because the pain isn't
Worth the time you lost
Take responsibility for the life that you lead

We have come so far.
And our hearts have grown so far apart.
When old friends become new enemies.
When best friends become lovers.

Upon waking up from my deep slumber
I did still falter
Recollections of my bi-polar tendencies
Flower petal picking whimsy
...

What was it i said to you..
when you choked on your breath.
it was that..
that moment that left me still...

sink into the sun..
blend into the sea.
carry me away.
dreams on infinity.

Was it all the things i said
was it the words that were left
hiden under the sand.
lying..lying by your hand
...

his hands make goose bumps
arise upon my arms.
his kisses leave me breathless
and somewhat torn apart.

i hope that the morning sun kisses your skin
when you wake up.
i hope that the dew on the ground glows and sparkles,
and dampens your toes.
