Who Is To Blame - Poem by Moostef Vosti
Who is really to blame?
When you trip and fall hard on your face
And the world sees your faults ooze from your bleeding pain
Who is in the shadow?
When things fall apart and you feel let down
whom do you blame?
Does a tree complain about holding the branch...
Or does the leaf gets tired of being held by the branch
Between the tree and the branch, who is guilty of letting go off the leaf? And does the leaves cry for being lonely?
The sky is beautiful blue but today it shall rain
I shall dance in the rain and set fire of joy upon it...
And so does the rain complain for falling off the heavens
Whether it shines dry or rains wet, it has happened
The sun celebrates for a days off
Don't complain or blame anybody
Because the dust doesn't whine for being displaced by the wind
Things of nature are the same, they happen for a reason
The same way it shines at dawn and rests at nightfall
Sometimes we need to fail in order to know,
Sometimes we need to be hurt in order to grow,
Sometimes we need to lose in order to gain
Because some life lessons are best learnt through pain..
Stop the blame game
I shall not complain in anything
Neither rest my complaints anywhere
Nor level them on the devil not even on you
Look no further for life's excuses
Who is to blame?
