Who Knew - Poem by Emily Koogle
When I'm thinking about you,
Who knew that a Taylor Swift song could make so much sense?
Who knew I'd always try to top the best?
Who knew I'd get jealous so easily?
Who knew I'd tell you your hair looks bad, but teasingly?
Who knew I'd want to be your girlfriend?
Who knew I'd want it to be until the end?
Who knew all of these things were true?
Who knew I'd fall in love?
Who knew it'd be with you?
I did. And who knew
I was too scared to do anything about it?
