Why Do We Cry - Poem by roxanne rae

There's nowhere to run
There's nowhere to hide
I've got you trapped
Around my little finger
You're under my spell

I cry inside
I try to get
Through
The day
The day I let myself
Get bullied
Was the day
My soul was ripped away

You're worthless
You're pathetic
Look at you
You shouldn't even be
Alive

I go home at night
And cry in the corner
Is there any comfort?
Why do I cry?

You dare look at me again
And I will
Kill you
Do you hear?
You just a worthless
Good for nothing
Little boy

Everywhere I go
There's always a voice
Even my mum
Scares me half to death
Why?
Oh why do I cry?

No sir
I didn't do anything
Yes sir
I would never
Hurt little mike here

Why is there so much
Hatred in the world
Why do we suffer?
Why do we cry?

You little bastard!
Why tell
Well nobody is going
To believe you
So you may as well give up now

I cry in a dark alley
With only one friend
He may not talk
But at least he gives me
Comfort

I cry
I'm nothing
I just feel so alone
I take my new little friend
And I play my new little game
Goodbye everyone
Not that anyone would care

Bullying
Why?
You may as well
Kill the person
You may as well
Get done for murder
Why do we cry?
