Why Heaven? .
do you ever wonder
if heaven is really that far,
and if you can get there by boat, plane or car,
some people say is way up there
by the north star,
others say that angels must come and take you away,
some people say the only way to get there is to pray,
so i do this night and day,
but the angels never took me away,
im confused my mother never prayed
not a single day,
but the angels still took her away.

Though i don't believe in god, This was a really good poem. To wonder and not know then to experience, that is true knowledge.
I see the confusion in this poem. I think your mother's death may have got you thinking, I love the way you depicted the way people think of how you can get into Heaven. Truthful.
