Within The World - Poem by Sumpter Carter
Within the world
Powers are abroad
Lucifer's armies march on
Will we fail?
With each soul dragged down to Hell
A defeat is incurred
We risk nothing in the fight
To leave our souls intact.
The war has already been won
with heavenly fire
But at all times we're losing battles
Losing more souls to the Pit.
The earth is our battleground
Ravaged by Satan's demons
With prayer, and Love, and weapons other
We have unfair advantage.
