Without You I Fell Apart - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Sweet Kira my dear I truly am missing you
because I do love you more than anything
and the reason I have so much to do
and a huge mess that is taking time to clean
is because without you I fell apart so very bad.
For a long time I fell apart and could never
get myself back fully on track
because I was and still am broken hearted without you
but right now am trying to pick back up the pieces
for both me and you.
I'm hoping you'll come back so very soon
and I'll have most everything in order to give you
the best that I can my sweet darling.
After our devastating fight in early 2011
I collapsed physically and in spirit,
some of which you know but in other ways don't
and one day I will tell you all.
Just know that I fell apart almost
completely and in full when at that time I lost you
because I love you so much and I feel
incomplete without my Angel so good and pure.
Then last year as everything was coming together
and becoming so happy and bright
outside things tore us apart and led to
another devastating and heart breaking fight
and once again my heart shattered and I fell apart
even though I never gave up on you
or fully lost hope and I never will,
but I fell apart and around me life's junk piled up
and that is the biggest part of why it is there
because without you the woman I love
I fell apart and am trying so hard to get it all
going right for both of us.
I fell apart without you sweet Kira because
my heart only wants you my sweet lady I desire,
it sings only for you and calls out
to tell you I love and adore you and want
to forever be with and stand beside.
Without you my dear I feel so empty inside
and that is why I now am catching up on so much.
I love you dear Kira and will always give you my best
because you are my Angel and I love you the most.
