Would You Like Some? - Poem by Andre Leal
Love to taste something sweet?
How about a dessert that tastes delicious and many love to eat;
Follow these simple instructions and you will see
That by the time we finish your mouth will began to wish;
Get some bananas, the red grapes too, lets not forget seedless greens tastes good;
Slices of oranges and mandarin, now comes the kiwi, strawberries; So fresh you can taste them, might as well, you want to make sure everything goes well;
Now things began to get pretty hot so preheat the oven to 350 tops;
In a medium bowl, combine almonds and butter with coconut;
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan;
Do you know what we are making so far?
Bake until a golden color, get the 15 minutes right, if you don’t your gold color turning into blown; Don’t forget to let it cool, the resting is needed take a break take a breather;
This I will say you have done great; you have completed our first phase;
Get a large bowl with electric mixer at high speed;
Beat the cream cheese, sugar, flour, orange peel and vanilla until is all fluffy;
Don’t give up we are almost complete we need to beat in the apricot nectar and coconut cream; Lets do some more beating this time one at a time get those four egg we had set aside. Enough with the beating we have done our job, now stir the pineapple and pour into the prepared crust. Cant wait 'til is done, thats how I feel, lets bake it for over an hour the aroma will pass thru the steel;
I know you are hungry and so am I, but it needs to set cool and rest overnight;
Just before serving, arrange fruit over top; now lets start using our melted products. Stir one teaspoon of melted shortening and into each some melted semisweets;
Get the white chocolate as well in this mix I will guarantee it will always win; Now use each mixture in a separate small pastry bag and pipe over fruit create your own art;
I hope this has helped you bake what I love so much; maybe by now you have a clue of what we have done;
The ambrisoas cheese cake is top number one; That’s what I’ll eat; Would you like some?
