You Can Say What You Want To Say Poem by Kimberly Santistevan

You Can Say What You Want To Say

You think that I am nothing
You say all those things to me,
I will show you that I can be someone
I will show you what I can do
I will be better than you,
I will do something great with my life.

I'm not giong to listen to you and your
Personal opinions anymore.
They are worthless to me.
You can stand there
And try to bring me down,
I will not let you anymore.

This is the last straw
I don't care what you say
I will not let you get into my head,
I will walk right over you
Just like you have always walked over me.

Nothing you say to me
Will not offend me anymore.
So say what you want to me
And see how I do,
I will never break.

If you really think that way about me
Then you don't know me at all.
I will show you
I will prove to you
That you all are wrong.

So, keep under estimating me
I will be at the top
Show you all what I can do,
Keeping thinking negative about me,
I will be successful.

You wait and see
I am no longer weak
I will show you!
