Zamin se aanch zamin tod kar nikalti hai - Poem by Bashir Badr

Zamin se aanch zamin tod kar nikalti hai
Ajeeb tishnagi in baadlon se barsi hai

Miri nigaah mukhatib se baat karte huye
Tamaam jism key kapde utaar leti hai

Hamaare ahd mein nayaab hain bachaye raho
Tumhari aankh mein eik cheezjo chamakti hai

Saron pe dhoop ki gathri uthaye phirte hein
Dilon mein jinke badi sard raat hoti hai

Khade khade main safar kar raha hun barson se
Zameen paon key neeche kahaan thaharti hai

Hawa hamaare hi seene mein aaye jaaye hai
Buland chaand sitare zameen gahri hai

Bikhar rahi hai miri raat uske shaanon par
Kisi ki subh mere bazuon mein soti hai

Pighal rahi hain chattanen naheefbahon mein
Badan mein pyar key kaisi ajeeb garmi hai

Hawa key aankh nahin haath aur paon nahin
Isiliye wo abhi raaston pe chalti hai
