    This is really messed up..and accurate. She is saying 1) absence makes the heart grow fonder and 2) when reality intrudes upon our ideal of another person we feel less love toward that person. In a nutshell we love our ideals of other people more than the reality of that person which is why we remember people more fondly than when they are around. (Report) Reply
