Biography of rita malhotra

Dr. Rita Malhotra, currently Principal, Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi, India, is a mathematician a poet, essayist, poetry critic and French-English poetry translator. A PhD in Mathematics from The University of Delhi, she has been a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Mathematics at University of Paris, on a French Government Fellowship, Post- Graduate Faculty in Mathematics at University of Delhi and Visiting Fellow at The Department of Mathematics, Centre for Advanced Studies, University of Chandigarh. Her research papers in Mathematics are published in India, Belgium, Germany, Argentina, France, Serbia and Australia and she has presented them at various National and International Conferences. Her algorithm on Bi-criteria Network Problem is included in the Bibliography of Algorithm / Software in ZENTRALBLATT FOR MATHEMATIK HARDENBERGSTRABE, BERLIN.Malhotra’s works are published in literary anthologies and journals in India, USA, Wales, Australia, South-Africa, Taiwan, China, Mauritius, Serbia, Japan, Romania, Nicaragua, Canada, Mongolia and have been translated into Chinese, Romanian, Serbian, Spanish, Japanese, Turkish, French, Hindi, Bengali and Telegu and Hungarian.She has eight published books of verse and two Mathematics books.She is the recipient of several international awards for poetry, culture and education.
