Ode To The Earth
the earth we salute you our dot
nothing above, or below except
other lonely dots
shined on by a bright sun, and
a loon of moon
from eons you came alone, pounded
by asteroids red, explosive molten
allowed your tears to pool as seas,
rivers flooded, flowed streaming
allowing primitive life forms to
through ice, earthquakes, molten
you accommodated life in all forms
to grow, and prosper
a home for the whole of ...
Silver Mirrored Sea
Silver'd mirrored sea slivered
rippled water to a sandy shore.
Wave over wave rolled ashore
spread long coming in, so sure.
Waves on wave slips slurps, travels
of rhythm in line, whisked gravel.
White topped waves turn'd over wave
in out, out in, parallel, enslaved.
