! ! ! ! ! Rain! ! ! ! !
SOMETIME ITS LOUD, SOMETIMES IT’S LITE,
BUT I CANT DENY, THE VIEW IS A DELIGHT.
THE TREES JUST SANG A SONG FOR ME,
BUT I'VE FORGOTTEN THE LINES,
I FEEL SO PURE TODAY,
I FEEL SUBLIME
BIRDS ARE FLYING WITH A FEELING OF GLEE
WITH NO FEAR OF SLAUGHTER THEY FEEL FREE
AS SOON AS RAIN DROPS FALL ON MY FACE
I FORGET THE TROUBLES AND MY LIFE FILLS UP WID GRACE
THE COLD DROPS CREATE A CHILL IN MY BODY,
I AM 7 AGAIN AND ACT NAUGHTY.
I MAY SOUND KIDDISH SAYING HOW IT’S BEEN
TODAY I AM FEELING LIKE A QUEEN.
NO HINT OF WORRY NO SIGN OF PAIN,
Ask? ? ?
Ask from the paths on which i cried
Ask from the moments when i almost died
Ask from the fears those are tough to hide
Ask from the dark walls, begging for some light
Ask from the leaves which have fallen and detached
Ask from the past that makes me sad
Ask from the burning heats and shadows
Ask from the days that were once sweet and mellow
Ask from the people who laughed and mocked
