Simone Otto Poems
As I watch the cars go by, While sitting in the bus, I think of insects, Scuttling through their own lives.
Today Is The Day...
We sat down, Opposite each other; And talked. Two minutes and it was gone,
Death In Winter
As night beckons, I run down the damp road. I see nothing but you, Even though it’s raining.
Time, is like an Ocean in a storm. It is unpredictable, It is deadly.
Fate, can be cruel. It can be evil. Yet, it can be good. It can elope you in a blanket
I love my sister dearly, For she is family, But then I said something, Which broke the camels back.
As I watch You walk to me, I see your face change. From a look of surprise
First it was a hug, At the top of the escalators, In a hopping center.
As I watch
You walk to me,
I see your face change.
From a look of surprise
To a look of great passion.
I know that you love me,
My shura, my love.
And I return the smile.
