10 sep 08 For Li. Women are an awful lot
1) Bella Donna.14 Dec 08 (Rome) Posturing still as the sun shone high
One friday by the pier Bag in hand, and another Above the clock struck vier* Remained two people still under
Threw a kite out to the heaven A gust caught up and up it went So did I, a thousand feet and seven, Powerless in wrath of nature lent.
Like winds that breathe a cloud to shape
In doubt I think my thoughts aloud, Questions, answers: none but mine. A thousand ears pick up my sound, But only one can move to brine.
a cow is a cow it cannot crow, just stand on four by the green field hills;
A Champion's High
The day dragged on as noontime loomed Well wishes serve to remind one the dread of losing and facing doom If preparation was overdone
Like hallowed sounds and voices lost In silent, seething ire. Wither to reel back of accost, This wild and raging fire?
My Advice - A Short Poem
28 February 2008 We all have dreams. Somebody's got to start somewhere
25 Feb 2008 The name’s A, like a thunder cloud Above your head I hover about.
Silken movements through the air Embraces the teeth of a gentle giant Random motions on black and fair Soothes the static so defiant
Dark shadows whispering soft Haunting vision cloud the eyes Senses stalled and motion lost Reality cast far out in mire
I kicked a stone to gauge its fall Ten, twenty feet to the aphsalt. Inside my lungs a biter gall, Of remembrance that was my fault.
The Oxford Reference with words aplenty
Couldn't provide a term to use
To fill my mind so blank and empty,
Lost for words, unable to muse.
So here I try to keep it simple,
Attempt I must, to show how glad
To have love from friends deep and ample,
For without which I must be sad.
