The Peppermint Patch

a yellow squirrel lives on a peppermint patch,
growing out infront the green fireman's hatch,
a little blade of grass,
purple in its flavour,
tried to throw him off,
but he discredits mother nature,
he breaths in the black dust,
which develops on the rust,
atop the curly building where the owl always cleans its tusks,
to him your very new,
he's never met a group like you,
he hasn't even been through,
the garden that you grew,
to get his morning dew,
because all he eats is dust,
thats what he must,
