There is a ship from distant days,
With a ghostly, tattered mast,
Spinning upward through the haze,
As well as through the past.
Though this specter seems so still,
Do her phantoms sleep?
This mystery and others will,
The ocean forever keep?
Between the two great plains of blue,
This broken soul once sailed,
Of all the voyages she'd been through,
This was her only one failed.
A privateer was what they called her,
