Beautiful Rivers Flow Poem by M G Twinkle

Beautiful Rivers Flow

In Jamaica's lush heart, where mountains meet the sky,
Beautiful rivers flow, with waters pure and high.
Their source is crystal clear, from the blue-green hills,
Where the sun shines bright, and the breeze whispers still.

The Martha Brae River, with its gentle flow,
Winds through the valleys, where the sugar cane grows.
The river's voice is soft, like a lover's sigh,
As it carries the dreams, of the Jamaican sky.

The Rio Grande, with its rapids and falls,
Cuts through the rocks, with a mighty call.
The river's power, is a force to see,
As it rushes to the sea, wild and free.

The YS Falls, with its seven cascades,
Is a sight to behold, in Jamaica's shades.
The river's beauty, is a treasure to find,
In the heart of the island, where love resides.

The beautiful rivers, of Jamaica's land,
Are a treasure trove, of nature's hand.
Their beauty and power, are a sight to see,
In this island paradise, of beauty and glee.
