In Jamaica's sun-kissed isle, where the reggae beat thrives,
A man of culture and smarts, with a heart that strives,
He works hard, day and night, to make his dreams come true,
A Jamaican man, with a spirit pure and true.

His mind is filled with knowledge, a thirst for more,
He reads and learns, ever seeking to explore,
The world around him, with a curious eye,
A Jamaican man, with a heart full of pride.

He plants in the fields, from dawn till dusk,
With sweat and labour, with tools he must,
But in his heart, a smile bright and true,
A Jamaican man, with a spirit anew.

He sings and dances, with a joy so pure,
His laughter echoes, his spirit so sure,
His culture and heritage, he holds dear,
A Jamaican man, with a heart full of cheer.

He is a son of the soil, a true Jamaican man,
With a heart full of love, and a spirit so grand,
He works hard, and plays hard, with a smile so bright,
