1 Nightlife. (A Childrens Poem) Poem by Bryan Sefton

1 Nightlife. (A Childrens Poem)

Rating: 5.0

Time is dripping off the clock
The luminous finger glares
A mouse sits cleaning on a sock
The shoes sit on the stairs
The goldfish swims around the moon
The budgie dreams of trees
The hinge is singing on the gate
The wind is moaning in the eaves
The moon's now wrapped in a silver cloud
The rain is running round
Thunders out a warning sound
'Look out below! I'm coming down! '
