More Zersetzung And Low Visibility Harassment: The Woman Neighbor Across The Street At 5912 Westcreek Place, Raleigh, North Carolina.

— My neighbors are using East German Stasi Police Covert methods/measures, adopted and adapted by the Raleigh and Cary Police Departments, including low visibility harassment—actions carried out outside of public view—to constantly harass and intimidate me.

She's at it again—the young woman who lives across
the street at 5912 Westcreek Place, staring, holding up
her cell phone as if to film me—like the African-American
‘Army' woman who lives one block away, up and over
at 908 Farm Gate Road—just past 1 p.m., then quickly disappearing as I pay her no mind, tend to our garden as Candide did his. Nothing but harassment from her from
there—the last woman who lived there, just months ago, Mikaela, tried to seduce me repeatedly and when she
failed over a year's duration—e.g. stopping at my mailbox
to chat, mussing her long, black hair, raising her chest
directly in front of me—she moved out. This new resident
then moved in and acts just the opposite—is full of threats
just like my two immediate women neighbors at 5903
and 5905 Westcreek Place, Cat Thomas and April.
Look at that—this triple-threat option constantly on
the attack. Her neighbor Tom, at 5910 Westcreek Place,
the sentinel, constantly keeps watch on our property.
Experience, these repeated experiences do not lie—
the police however, always do. They have to lie—
they are criminals who must cover up their crimes.
