Love And Love

Your eyes are in my heart,
vast, deep, bluish,
A sweet breeze now touches
the brain, heart, mind, and soul,

alluring lips

whisper in my ears again.
The depth of your love

Millenial Hymn To Lord Shiva

Earth no longer
hymns the Creator,
the seven days of wonder,
the Garden is over —
all the stories are told,
the seven seals broken
all that begins
must have its ending,
our striving, desiring,
our living and dying,

Friend

An old friend is like a golden trove.
Melt him, whenever thou felt so,
wear him; or even tear him! I vow,
never does he lose his glow!

Ever near to thou to distance every woe!

Call him a pal and clasp him in love
or cast him off in unmindful shove
he stays within thou as another soul.

Against Roses

A long eugenic past
reduces roses to
a vain and pampered caste.

Their charm is artifice,
their fragile shell of cells
unfit for wilderness.

Their languid symmetries
and anorexic airs

On Cloning

The news we get today may mean,
That every cell has every gene,
That every cell is like a seed,
That doesn't cease to grow, and breed.
Man, now, has gotten round to know,
Just how to get a cell to grow,
Into a body, just the same,
As that body, whence it came,
It's one way, nature makes a start,
And makes us, also, do our part.

The Beauty Inside

I could not stay down in the deepest part of despair
as always my fictional characters came with a play
an allegory, a parable of wisdom triumphant over
blackness and death, as I grit my teeth and sank
lower under the yoke

The drama they enacted started to lift my feet until I
was out of my body - determined to wear the crown
of thorns I went to French class to listen to politics -
presented by Christophe Emery – and determinedly

An Image Of Me

I knew you were coming,
Since I saw you first in my dream...
With God's given power for natural cloning,
You became my life's stream...

Little girl laying on my chest
Like an angel with a big smile and dark eyes...
In that dream I became so impressed
That I felt like in paradise...

3d Computer Program

A great scientist on his flying horse,
Orbiting in a very big elliptical orbit,
Once upon a time came very close,
To my insignificant too small orbit,
My small path he almost touched,
Remained for quiet some times,
In touch and in love as well,
Took samples of my soil,
Took samples of my air,
Took samples of my fire,

Cloning

Looking at the greats of poetry,
Both from the days of old and present,
Their amount of poetry could be carried,
In their pocket or purse
Perhaps,
They knew,
Too many brings a curse

On Cloning

If I were cloned which would I be,
I, myself, yours truly, or me?
Coud my clone be me and I'd be she,
Our beings used interchangeably?
Would my thoughts be shared by my clone,
Would I never think on my own?
If my clone and I were placed on a shelf,
Would that mean I was beside myself?
If we all had clones would we find
There could never be one of a kind?

Captive Queen, Death Grants A Final Wish - Epilogue (2)

A fire brimming in the wilderness
Glowing warm and inviting, white marble
Walls formed by forgotten crafts and towers
Conversing with insurgent suns unknown,
Only exceeding their strength are their height
Overlapping bands in rings of delight
Mightily adventurous in their prime
Bridging the foothold between earth and sky.

Parapets staunchly displayed in weaving

Captive Queen

'Captive Queen' is a multi-part poetic story written in iambic pentameter. It chronicles the story of Queen Ilyana, usurped from power and held prisoner, a prisoner of both love and fate. The poem is comprised of letters written to her by her hopeful lover and dutiful Knight, Periden, who attempts to free his Queen and restore her Kingdom to its former glory. The below parts of this poem have been previously published, it is posted here in its entirety.

Holy Mother Marry Is The Primal Evidence

Yes, one is a master of cloning,
can fertilize the sperms in a test tube,
still how helpless!
may not need a father,
but one that has no substitute,
is the womb of a mother,
all mothers are in fact evidences of God,
but the Holy Mother Marry,
is the primal evidence,
of a primal existence.

Bank On The Blunder

A new century’s ushered in
Resources knocking on our door
We’re advancing without measure
All within reach like never before

We have Pepsi in the Andes
We have Wal-Mart in Tibet
We got a Starbucks in the arctic
But there’s no Amway in Laos yet

Mary Had A Little Vamp After Sarah Josepha Hale And John Keats Ode To A Nightingale

Mary had a little vamp,
whose teeth glowed white as snow,
each night from sightly vent - no cramp -
see crimson droplets flow.

'Why does the Vamp love Mary so? '
all eager children cry;
'Why, Mary loves the Vamp, you know, '
the teacher did reply.

Starsperm And Supernova

A basic vocabulary and some original Letters of Advice from a poetic dialogue stretching over 200 years have been included in the notes at the end of the poem itself and before the original poem and other parodies included for reference

As in any conversation retaining a coherent theme throughout it should make enjoyable sense wherever the thread is taken up or dropped.

Nature And Science Evolution And Revolution!

Attributes of each species are set in the genes of everyone;
Natural character can't be changed, but only controlled by
Rationality, if one's personality is developed by knowledge,
Which is not permanent as it's stifled, when emotion is utmost!

To have a perfect species genetically modified hybrid is being
Created in the lab by genetic engineering or cloning so to say;
If such a being is created, will it behave as a natural being
Or as a mechanical being is a big question needs to be tested!

Dolly The Sheep

These scientists who tamper with Nature
Who look on life forms as cheap
Feel proud of their latest achievement
The cloning of Dolly the Sheep.

They see themselves greater than Nature
A boost to the human I.Q.
The whole world knows of their creation
The marvellous things mankind can do.

Isotopes - Elementary Cloning!

There are not many poems on scientific themes which is a pity. When i was a Lecturer in Science I wrote some poems in 'sonnet form' to better enable my students to understand Scientific Terms and Principles. Atomic Structure and Isotopes - is a difficult topic so i wrote this poem to make it a little more accessible. The poetic discipline of the sonnet imposes certain linguistic constraints:

1. Each line has to have ten syllables
2. Each line has to make sense
3. each verse has to be self contained in fourteen lines.

Wu Kong, The Monkey King(2)

Part IBirth and Early Life(B)
-
There in Star Cave, Wu-Kong was taught much,
Including human manners and speech.
In all subjects he eventually excelled,
And became much favored by his Master;
To him the magic arts secretly passed,
Magic arts sheer unavailable to any peer.
.
The arts include a set of 72 skills, it was said,
