Far From The Answers

'Take me away like an ocean breeze
Far away from the path in which they follow
Show me who you are or even who I am
Give me the map to a far away land
Where the birds chirp of laughter
And my happiness is not far after
One of these days I will figure out your plan if not today....
Tomorrow is another pathway
Full of winding turns and dead end roads
Was this your idea to set me down on this empty canvas
With no pastels or paints to fill this grim road ahead
Many times I have wondered if we shall meet again
And if that day comes I hope you finally lend a hand
Because my knees will be too weak to stand'
