I am just starting to write again. I'm not famous. I just genuinely love to write. I've been through two horrible relationships: one ending in suicide and the other ending in a hospital visit for me. I have alot of pent up emotion that I like to express through writing. This is therapy for me.)

Goodbye

I told you one day You'll notice
One day You'll see
I was always there for you
and you never deserved me

You've shaken the faith I had in love
brought me to my knees
So long I held you up above
Many times I've begged you 'Please'

My heart now a brick of Ice
My soul so empty
So much I had to sacrifice
Just to have you leave

Now you've returned
asking for my heart
those bridges have burned
the ties have come apart

I found the cure for your disease
no longer will I cry
I finally found the remedy
The word 'goodbye'
