Heartbeat

M y love, my brother, we met one another
Y ears and eons ago, wandering lives to and fro.

H ear the voice, the souls rejoice
E choing moments of love,
A scending the skies like a dove.
R edolent skin and souls akin
T ake to dimensions above.

S ummery eyes whose expression implies
T enderly melting affection,
I neffable warmth to reflection.
L issome embrace and breath face to face
L ullaby hearts to perfection.

B lackness of night is there to excite,
E mbellish the motion of flows
A lluring the spirits of both.
T ake it with you, this amrituous* dew
S inking the heart in repose.

F lowery winds will bring you on wings
O dorous kisses of mine
R estoring your Nature Divine.

Y ang part of me is pierced by thee
O nly with you I am Yin
U biquitous light from within…




Amrituous* - an adjective (non-existent in English) which I derived from the Hindu noun ‘amrita' - the ambrosia of the gods that bestows immortality
